Meditation Around Town is a FREE monthly meditation held at unique locations around Des Moines at 6:30 pm on the second Tuesday of the month.

Mary McCarthy is the guest instructor in January.

Within you there is a stillness and sanctuary to which you can retreat at any time and be yourself.
