Special Events

I regularly attend Mary’s retreats as a way to rejuvenate and reset my priorities for self-care. Her thoughtful plans always seem to meet me where I am at and refill my body and mind so I go home feeling better physically and mentally. In addition, Mary provides ongoing resources to use at home to keep what I have learned fresh in my mind.

For weekly classes as well as special workshops, Mary is always very well prepared, has done her research, and has a talent for sharing information in interesting and relevant ways. Mary works hard to make all participants feel welcome and valued, whether they have taken classes from her for years or it’s their first taste of Yoga by Mary. She understands that people need to choose carefully how they want to spend their precious time and resources.

Mary’s retreats are my favorite way to disconnect from the noise of everyday life and focus on my mind and body. I always leave feeling relaxed, reinvigorated, and ready to go back out into the world a better version of myself!
