Lavender – Healing Oil

Lavender is one of my “go-to” daily oils. It is often considered a must-have oil to keep on hand at all times due to its versatile uses.   

I use it to help with:

  • sleep at night by rubbing it on the bottoms of my feet and diffusing in the air. 
  • stress and anxiety buy rubbing it over my heart and the back of my neck.   
  • skin irritations when I have a bug bite or burn to help take the pain or burning sensation away.  
  • headaches buy diffusing it and/or rubbing it over my temples.  
  • allergies by diffusing it with lemon and peppermint.
